Cancellation Policy: 100% of whatever we are able to recover by re-booking your dates (less 3% credit card fee)

If your dates are not re-booked: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 120 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. 

Payment Terms: 15% to confirm your dates. 50% balance due at 60 days prior to check-in. 100% due at 30 days.
