Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 100% of whatever we are able to recover by re-booking your dates (less 3% credit card fee)

If your dates are NOT re-booked: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 120 days before arrival. Guest receives 50% of amounts paid if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival. 

Payment Terms MORE than 6 months before check-in: 25% (15% for returning guests) to confirm your reservation. 50% of remaining balance is due at 60 days prior to check-in. 100% of remaining balance is due at 30 days.

Payment Terms LESS than 6 months before check-in: 50% to confirm your dates. 100% of remaining balance is due at 30 days.
